Next guest session of our monthly plant medicine knowledge-sharing evenings, this time we welcome Chris Roe of Hedgeroe Herbs from Bristol, experienced grower of medicinal herbs (Feed Bristol) and crafter of beautiful healing herbal tinctures. We will delve deeper into the art & science of tincturing herbs for medicine, exploring methods and sharing the background of this traditional preparation. Find out about making and using tinctures at home to support health, hear from Chris' experience and taste some handmade samples.
