About EMPOWERED PARENTING
Parenting is one of the hardest job in the world. The responsibility of raising someone from childhood to adulthood, and doing it well, is no mean feat. And it can be daunting - especially when it's complicated by difficult family circumstances, illness or challenging behaviours. We're here to help you become more confident in your parental role with the aim of achieving improved mental and emotional wellbeing for you and your child/ren.
This session will include discussion, group activities and a brief break. Written materials and light refreshments included.
