Night River Presents: The Gentle Good
The Gentle Good is the moniker of the incredible Cardiff-based musician and songwriter Gareth Bonello. A captivating live performer, known for his enchanting melodies, intricate guitar style and beautiful acoustic arrangements, Gareth writes timeless music inspired by music from all over the world but rooted in Welsh folk music and contemporary Welsh life.
The Gentle Good have released several highly acclaimed records, notably the absolutely gorgeous Ruins/Adfeilion, which won the Welsh Music prize in 2017 and Y Bardd Anfarwol (The Immortal Bard) which won the Welsh Language Album of the Year award in 2014.
There's only 30 seats available in HydeAway and these nights tend to sell out in advance, so booking is advised.
Doors 8pm, time to find your seat and get a drink. Music starts 8.30pm.
