Whisker’s First Winter
a delightful sensory show for children age 3+years and their families
“Utterly mesmerizing” Where can I take the kids today
When the curious cub creeps out into the cold, he finds that his snuggly home has been transformed into a sparkling, shimmering snowy forest! Audiences young and old will delight in this sensory show as they skid alongside Whisker across an icy lake, sculpt shapes with misty breath and play with Whisker’s adorable animal friends. Then, as daylight fades, curl up to watch the starry Northern Lights, as Whisker finds his way home to his family.
Presented by the wildly imaginative and forever playful Odd Doll Theatre Company.
Running time: 55 minutes including an interactive free-play session where children are allowed into the performance area to meet the puppets. All seating is unreserved. All performances are relaxed performances.
This show is non-verbal. This makes it accessible to a range of people, including d/Deaf, hard of hearing and non-English speakers.
Tickets are £8 for each adult or child. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Thank you for booking your tickets to our Holiday Kid’s Club - full of festive treats for the whole family. Your ticket is for one adult or one child coming to see this show. Everyone attending needs their own ticket.
Please arrive 30 minutes ahead of the show start time so you have time to clear our Covid-Safe policy and select your seats in the theatre.
Our Library Cafe will be open before and after each show and serving hot and cold drinks as well as Hackney Gelato Ice cream (vegan options available).
Please download your tickets and bring them with you – you will need to show each ticket’s QR code on your phone to get access to this event.
