About Fire Season Wandering: Ayurvedic Wisdom-Infused Plant Ramble
Sunday, July 8th 2.30-4.30pm - Spend an afternoon taking in some Ayurvedic wisdom for nature-aligned self healing as we meet some plants together and connect with the elements. Summer, as you might expect, is the season of the fire element. You'll become more familiar with identifying plants and knowing how they can be used, and you'll learn more about applying Ayurveda to your own life.
We will start somewhere near Preston Park, and the exact location will be sent after booking.
Shumaisa Khan, a wild-hearted Ayurvedic wellness coach, permaculturist, and nature connection enthusiast, will be leading this ramble, and you can find out more about her here.
