About Vinyasa Flow Yoga at Waltham Forest Town Hall
Enjoy 50 minutes of Yoga Vinyasa Flow every Wednesday morning at the Town Hall. This free-flowing yoga class glides through soothing sun salutation poses and onto more dynamic poses that help to strengthen muscle and increase range of movement. The joy of movement is explored as it takes its essential journey of Movement into Stillness.
Open class for all levels. Mats provided.
