The annual Kings Heath BID Christmas extravaganza The Holly Ball is back for the third year running! Bringing you a sumptuous 3 course evening meal, live music and entertainment from the likes of The Heels, an auction and much, much more! This years Holly Ball will raise money for the Stage 2 Youth Theatre group. You will need to let us know your meal choice by emailing your party order and quoting the bracketed order number for example '2 x SS1.' To place your order we must received your menu choice by November 25th to hollyball@tigerbam.co.uk Starter ~ Carrot, pumpkin & smoked bacon soup (SS1) ~ ~ Tomato & coriander soup (SS4) ~ Main ~ Corn fed chicken wrapped in pancetta with a smoked paprika sauce, dauphinoise potatoes (MM2) ~ ~ Seared salmon set on smoked salmon flavoured crushed potatoes, curly kale and creamy lemongrass sauce (MM8) ~ ~ Mushroom risotto, glazed carrots, baby spinach and roasted artichokes (VV2) ~ Desert ~ Chocolate delice served with raspberry sauce (DC1) ~ ~ Apple and rhubarb and cinnamon crumble with traditional egg custard (DH70) ~
