About Harmony Brunch - A journey of flow and sound healing
Come flow through a beautiful day retreat with us, we will start with gentle yoga, followed by a cacao ceremony & sound therapy
We then break for lunch then a mindful meditation walk through the sensory garden, songs round the camp fire to open the throat chakra and all finished off with an ice Bath and sauna
please bring a blanket... costume and towel for the ice therapy & sauna
