About Rhyl Cycling Club Thursday Youth/Junior Fitness
This is a fitness session for those who have already attended 'Sunday Skills' or have experience in any discipline of cycle sport. You must be, or intend to be, a member of the club, and have us as your 'primary' club on your racing licence to attend these sessions,
