About Queer Workshop on 'Capturing LGBT+ History'
This workshop is based off the charity 'Proud Trust' that supports young LGBTQ+ people and provides both free and paid edcuational resources to schools, colleges , youth clubs and more across the UK and wider.
This workshop is based on the 2023 version 'Capturing LGBT+ History' (UK) however I will be adding our own manx LGBTQ+ history within this.
If you wish to take part, you can part take in group disscussions, listen in on them and even take part in the activites please do, we will be sat at some tables in a group, please be aware this is for all ages and is purley to inform and be accesible to everyone as best as possible, as well as being mindful of language around younger members and content.
The age is advised for 11 and up purly becuase of the understadning that younger ones might not have yet, what they may or may no have learnt in schools yet.

This is an indepentant ran event by the community, for the community not an organisation, we have a passion and vision for better access and understanding of the LGBTQ+ community on the Isle Of Man, the funds we raise today do not go in our pockets but directly towards other events and causesing in the future.
Tickets are not refundable, and you can buy them on the day and at the door ( unless foreseeable event)
This is occurring when the 'Artisan Markets' are on as well so please let us know how this combination goes.
