About Past Life Regression Workshop
Join me for this unique group event, live in Southbourne at The Amethyst Cave and experience an inner journey to uncover a past life.
You will meet & talk to your spirit guide and have a fun experience that will reveal your unconscious beliefs.
THE EVENT WILL BE SPLIT INTO FOUR SEGMENTS:
1. I will introduce myself and invite you to join me on our journey into the exciting world of past life regression. We will all take part in some light-hearted group exercises to relax the mind and engage the unconscious
2. As you prepare for your inner journey, I will gently guide you to the past life that is most relevant for you to revisit. You can find the answers and healing you are ready for in this past life. There is a greater intelligence within you that knows what is best for you at this time. We will then discuss some fantastic experiences that may occur within the group.
3. After a 15-minute break, I will take you on another beautiful inner journey to a special place in nature. Here you will meet your spirit guide(s) to receive a spiritual gift and messages most relevant to you.
4. Lastly, we will make a fun inner journey that will reveal your unconscious beliefs about many things in your life. You will find it revealing and intriguing.
This inner journeying experience can be an excellent way to gain knowledge about your emotional, mental, physical or spiritual self. Reflecting upon these explorations can bring significant healing, meaning, understanding, and insight.
Choose ONE or TWO intentions as your primary driver for the experience.
The clearer your intention for the experience, the better.
Here are some example intentions:
???? Who am I on a Soul level?
???? Where is my Soul originating from?
???? What is my life purpose?
???? What are my soul qualities and gifts?
???? How can I best share my gifts with this world?
???? Why is my relationship with a specific person the way it is? Is there a past-life connection?

???? Did I live in a particular country or culture in the past life? Atlantis, Lemuria, Ancient Egypt, Essene's or Druids community etc.?
???? What would my Higher Self or Spirit Guides like me to know?
You can experience everything while seated, or you are welcome to lie down on the yoga mats provided , please bring a pillow, a sleep mask and perhaps even a light blanket to ensure your comfort. We will have people doing both in our group. So go with what feels suitable for you.

Event Terms & Conditions
In the event of late arrival, entry may be refused or postponed until the currently running segment is completed to preserve the continuity of the event for other attendees. In this instance, the missed elements will not be repeated.
All Tickets must be purchased in advance of the event. Tickets are not available to purchase on arrival.
Tickets are NON refundable unless the event is cancelled in this case the face value of the Ticket will be refunded. Ticket booking fees are non-refundable.
The right of admission to an Event is reserved by the Promoter and Event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account.
