About The Nickel presents: DIRTY TALK DOUBLE FEATURE - THE TELEPHONE BOOK + FLESHTONE

GRINDHOUSE DOUBLE FEATURE
DIRTY TALK
The Telephone Book (Nelson Lyon, 1971)
Fleshtone (Harry Hurwitz, 1994)

A smutty double bill of X-rated and rarely screened gems involving obscene telephone calls, right in the heart of the red light district. Along with sordid surprises, including rare public access TV footage, prank calls, video DJs, trailers and shorts.

THE TELEPHONE BOOK - a truly remarkable, beautifully filmed and seldom seen absurdist sexploitation satire in which a young woman falls in love with the world’s greatest obscene phone caller and attempts to track him down across New York City.

FLESHTONE - Martin Kemp stars as an exceptionally horny painter who begins to play erotic games over the telephone with a beguiling stranger. His life is upended when a mutilated body is found which may or may not be his mystery caller.
