About Circular Hearth Breathwork Session
Feeling stressed, anxious, or disconnected? It’s time to reconnect with your heart and find balance within.
Join us for a transformative series of Circular Heart Breathwork sessions designed to:
- Release emotional blockages
- Reduce stress & anxiety
- Boost clarity & inner calm
- Open your heart to self-love and compassion
Circular Heart Breathwork is a form of breathing practice that combines elements of circular breathing and heart-focused awareness. It aims to promote emotional healing, reduce stress, and enhance personal well-being by synchronizing the breath with the awareness of the heart. Here's a breakdown of the key components:
1. Circular Breathing:
In this conscious type of breathing, the breath is continuous, with no pauses between inhaling and exhaling. The focus is on maintaining a smooth and rhythmic flow of breath, which can help increase oxygen flow, clear mental blockages, and reduce tension.
2. Heart-Focused Awareness:
This aspect of the practice involves focusing your attention on the heart area, or imagining breathing directly into the heart. The goal is to evoke feelings of compassion, love, and gratitude, which are linked to heart energy. This component can help balance emotions, increase emotional resilience, and promote a sense of inner peace.
3. Emotional and Energetic Benefits:
Circular Heart Breathwork is designed to help release trapped emotional energy, foster self-awareness, and encourage emotional healing. By focusing on the heart, the practice can create a deeper connection with feelings, often bringing unconscious emotions to the surface for processing.
4. Applications:
- Healing emotional trauma: The continuous breath combined with heart focus can help bring up suppressed emotions for release.
- Stress and anxiety reduction: Circular breathing increases oxygen flow, which can reduce stress, while heart-focused awareness fosters calmness.
- Personal growth and clarity: It helps individuals access deeper levels of consciousness, leading to insights and personal breakthroughs.
What to expect:
Participants will lie down or sit comfortably during the session. We will start the session with some mindful stretching to prepare the body and the mind for the breathing which may last from 20 minutes to 40 minutes, ending with a guided grounding relaxation to integrate your experiences. The experience can vary from person to person, with some people reporting feelings of deep peace, emotional catharsis, or heightened awareness.
