Event Terms & Conditions
This Season Ticket covers 5 concerts between 1st January 2025 and 31 July 2025
All concerts: doors open at 7pm and will close at 7.25pm. Concerts are scheduled to start at 7.30pm and we regret that latecomers cannot be admitted.
The car park is quite large but without any designated disabled parking spaces. (The area in front of the entrance is a drop-off zone only). Please leave yourself enough time to walk the short distance to the Bawtree Concert Hall. Full address: Hazelwood School, Wolfs Hill, RH8 0QU.
There are lifts down to the auditorium and seating is unreserved except for the first two rows which are kept for the use of those with limited mobility. Please send an email via the website if you would like one of these seats. www.olms.org.uk
