About Baby Sleep Workshop
Sleep during the Fourth Trimester (Birth to 12 weeks)
10th January 1.30-2.45pm
To learn how to:
- Gently shape your baby’s sleep
- Help your baby develop a positive attitude to sleep
- Set up the perfect sleep environment
- Create a good daytime and bedtime routine
- Learn what to expect from your baby at different stages
Every session will include:
- Time for questions
- FREE Gentle Sleep Diary to help you create a personalised routine
- And home baked cake!
