Join us for an epic night of merriment and some of the world's best beer! We've brought home a selection of the most exciting and special US East Coast beers out there, direct from the source.

Joey will be leading a guided tasting including notes from the breweries, and some typical Beer In The City fun and games with drinkable prizes...

Expertly curated and lovingly cared for in transit, we've chosen breweries that are the best in the US - some well-known, and some rarely seen in the UK. We're excited to share these with you at this bespoke evening taking place at Hackney Church Brewing Co Taproom.

**Spaces are extremely limited so that everyone gets a good amount of each beer, so book asap to avoid disappointment**

Your ticket includes a welcome beer from the award winning Hackney Church to set the palate, then the tasting itself - a healthy pour of FIVE incredible beers, fresh from the USA:

Trillium (Massachussetts) - A limited edition DDH IPA - the second highest rated IPA in the whole state - from the NEIPA legends (Untappd 4.34*)
Other Half x Parish (NYC x Louisiana) - Brand new one-off collab DIPA from NYC's finest and the folks from down south, famous for Ghost In The Machine (Untappd 4.31*)
Grimm Artisanal Ales (NYC) - The freshest DIPA drop from Brooklyn's not-so-hidden gem of a brewery, usually impossible to find in the UK (Untappd 4.14*)
Bissell Bros (Portland, Maine) - The best DIPA we've ever had from the most IYKYK brewery in New England (Untappd 4.35*)
And for dessert, one NON-HOPPY Secret Surprise Beer with an Untappd rating of 4.45*...

Date: Friday, 14th November @ 7pm
Location: Hackney Church Brew Co Taproom, a short walk from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs Overground stations. They also have a top notch kitchen and their own award winning beers on tap, should you want to line your stomach (highly recommended) or supplement the tasting with something closer to home.
