Join us on Friday 10th April for an intimate afternoon with one of the most formidable forces in jazz. Chuck Israels visits the U.K. for the first time in 61 years and will be hosting this one off masterclass for musicians, jazz lovers and double bass players.
Chuck Israels recorded with John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock, Stan Getz, Coleman Hawkins and Nina Simone to mention just a handful of artists. He was a key player in the Bill Evans trio for the 60’s and recorded ten albums with the group. Chuck has also performed with greats such as bud Powell and Billie holiday.
