YOGA RAVE - fun, fast paced Vinyasa yoga by @liambrownelove soundtracked by dj @SHAR followed by yummy vegan food from @earthworm Kitchen all at the amazing @kanteena and best news of all there will be heating!!!
Liam will be using a headset meaning all instructions will be clearly heard and SHAR can pump up the volume a bit. Teachers onstage and around the room demoing the sequence and Liam and Nat offering physical adjusts and then massage in relaxation. Join us for amazing vegan food after the rave as we chill and soak up that yoga bliss.

Event Terms & Conditions

Some yoga mats available but please bring your own if you have one. Also bring a blanket for Savasana.
Optional to dress in 90’s yoga rave wear - think glitter, neon, white gloves - anything goes :)
