About Balletbums & Ball Launch Class
Introducing Balletbums & Ball in a brand new venue!!
Balletbums is a cardio (hitt) version of ballet, that’s upbeat and designed to get you toned and sweaty!
I’ll also be introducing my ball fitness class which is a type of stability ball class that’s harder than it looks and gets you feeling muscles you never knew existed!!
Class sizes are between 8-10 people which gives you a more personal class!
