About Grounded & Centred Me
In the first workshop we will focus on grounding and centring ourselves. A practice that forms the basis upon which we will build techniques to keep you in the present moment. A grounded foundation is essential for students who want to build on their abilities, but also for people who feel they have a tendency to drift in everyday life. We will briefly touch on chakras, do a meditation, look at energetic cleanses and protection. The benefits of this practice are keeping you focussed, motivated, safe, and helping you to get things done.
