About Fego Feast
Join us at Rosuick Farm for a family friendly feast night celebrating local seasaonal produce and summer joy. Arrival from 6.00pm. Drinks will be available to purchase from the bar. Canapes served from 6.30. Main course will be served at approximately 7.15pm.
On arrival:
Vegetable trimmings pakoras, tamarind and coriander mayo PB/GF/V/DF
Naan with fresh Cadgwith crab, cumin and fenugreek butter and mint
Main event~ sharing feast:
Organic Beef from Rosuick Farm with coriander and lemon chutney and makhani sauce GF
Carrot and shaved fennel salad with nigella seed and fresh ginger dressing GF/PB/V/DF
Yoghurt and cardamom roast brassicas GF/V
Rice pilaf with lentils & crispy onions GF/PB/V/DF
Ghost chilli sauce GF/PB/V/DF
Vegan plated option: beetroot shami kebabs, black bean dahl makhani , coriander and lemon chutney GF/PB/V
Children:
Chicken makhani with rice GF & naan
Sweet:
Pavlova with ginger and coconut chantilly, summer berries, cinnamon roasted rhubarb & gooseberries, lime and mint coulis GF
Vegan plated option: summer berries, cinnamon roasted rhubarb & gooseberries, lime and mint coulis. Coconut cream & vegan granola GF/DF/PB
Event Terms & Conditions
There is a fully stocked bar at the venue which will be open on arrival. We respectfully ask that you do not bring your own drinks, but purchase from the Cornish Camel bar.
All main course dishes will be served to the banquet tables for you to help yourselves to. If you would prefer to pre-order the vegan plated dish instead, we must be made aware in advance so please state when you purchase your ticket.
We must also be made aware of any dietary requirements in advance. We will accommodate allergies & intollerances, but we cannot cater to preferences.
Food will be prepared in a kitchen which handles all allergens, and whilst we take the greatest care, we cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not occur. Please speak to us if you have any questions or concerns.
