About Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

Join me where I'll be teaching a Dynamic Vinyasa Flow class connecting mind, body and breath through a heart opening sequence. Expect to flow, sweat and liberate your body through mindful movements.

There are 18 spots in the class. Please book your spot via TicketLab and bring cash donation on the day. All proceeds will be donated to Friends of Anchor. 'ANCHOR' stands for Aberdeen and North Centre for Haematology, Oncology and Radiotherapy. The ANCHOR Unit covers the dedicated wards and clinics within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for oncology and haematology patients.
