Do you run your own business? Or are you a mum who is employed but has a business idea that you would love to get off the ground?

Come and join local business ladies, Colette Machado and Seema Mangoo, at their networking group for business women in Chingford and Highams Park– E4 Women in Business.

The group is aimed primarily at women who run a business in the area including women from other parts of Waltham Forest - however, all women business owners (or aspiring women business owners) are welcome to attend. 

As this will be your first meeting, it is FREE!

Your Health is Your Wealth

As business owners, we wear so many hats that it is no surprise that looking after ourselves and our health tends to be at the bottom of the list. However, we cannot afford to NOT look after our health!

Our July speaker is a Walthamstow-based personal trainer and health coach. Jacqueline will be sharing tips and insights into how we can start to take better care of ourselves and improve our health.
Attendees will learn:

• How to get and maintain a healthy work-life balance
• Simple ways to restore your energy and vigour·
• How to ensure you maintain a food-life balance throughout your day.

Jackie will be taking us through some simple meditation techniques and exercise moves that you can fit into your day,

There are entrances to the park from Tamworth Avenue, Henry’s Avenue and Keynsham Avenue and it can also be accessed through stiles between the park and the adjacent Highams Park Lake

Humphry’s is less than a mile and only 14 minutes walk from Highams Park railway station and the same distance from the nearest 275 bus stops on The Avenue and Chingford Lane.
