Assyrtiko Brut, Apostolos Matamis, Santorini, Greece, 2017
A traditional-method, lees-aged Assyrtiko from high-altitude Santorini vineyards: taut citrus, yellow fruit & brioche, and a long, mineral finish.
Xynisteri, Tsiakkas, Limassol, Cyprus, 2021
Zesty citrus aromas, peach, nectarine with white flower tones, backed by crisp acidity and a pleasant aftertaste.
A' Mami, Vivera, Sicily, Italy, 2020
Carricante and Chardonnay blend from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. This is a wine with delicate aromas of white stone fruit, wild flowers and beeswax, fresh yet rich palate, beautifully textured with vibrant minerality
Rosé d'Une Nuit, Château Héritage, Bekaa, Lebanon, 2020
Cabernet-dominant blend made in a Provençal style with juicy, crisp, raspberry and satsuma notes, from a family-owned winery in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley.
Sycar, Les Sorts, Celler Masroig, Montsant, Spain, 2021
A blend of Carinyena and Syrah from very old vines in Catalunya. Intense aromas of violets, ripe red fruit and plums. Spicy notes of tobacco, dark chocolate and toast, supported by ripe tannins and a long, lingering finish.
Banyuls Rouge, Tradition, Tramontane, Roussilion, France, NV
Fortified, barrel-aged Grenache from the South of France. Packed with sweet dense spicy black fruits; perfect with blue cheese and especially chocolate (don't mind if we offer some?)!
This is a private tasting with limited seating capacity of up to 8 people.
Snacks will be provided.
