Event Terms & Conditions

Tickets

• Tickets are sold for a specific date and are valid only for that event.

• Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated.

• Tickets may be transferred to another person if the original attendee is unable to attend, provided the organisers are notified in advance.

Age Restrictions

• Guests must be 18 years or older to attend the event.

Payment

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

• All ticket sales are strictly non-refundable

Booking and Tables

• Tables can be reserved for groups and must be confirmed with full payment.
• We kindly ask guests to book together with the party they wish to be seated with, where possible.

• Guests are advised to arrive promptly to ensure they do not miss any part of the meal or entertainment.

Dietary Requirements

• Guests are asked to inform the organisers of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

• While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, the organisers cannot guarantee that all specific requirements can be met.

Dress Code

• The event is black tie. All guests are required to adhere to this dress code.

Parking / Transport

• Guests are responsible for arranging their own transport. Any parking provided by the venue is subject to venue rules.

Event Changes

• The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, line-up, or menu.

• Special guests or entertainment are subject to change without notice.

Conduct

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests behaving inappropriately or in a manner that disrupts the event.

Photography and Media

• Photography, video, and audio recording may take place during the event. By attending, guests consent to the use of their image for promotional purposes.

Liability

• The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, except where required by law.

Accessibility

• Please inform the organisers in advance of any accessibility requirements so we can make reasonable adjustments where possible.

Smoking and Alcohol

• Guests must comply with the venue’s smoking and alcohol policies.

• Guests must follow all venue health and safety rules during the event.

Force Majeure

• The organisers are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues, or government restrictions.

Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
