This immersive experience weaves together a soulful selection of instruments and recorded sounds — each chosen to honour the journey of womanhood in all its beauty, strength, and magic
Through guided meditation, affirmations, soothing sounds and music, you’ll be gently guided inward — to reconnect with your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves, and awaken your own feminine energy within.

Yoga mats, pillows, blankets and eye pillows will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
