As winter begins to soften and we step toward lighter days, join us for a deeply nurturing retreat day at Greetland Wellness Hub.
Hosted by three experienced facilitators, this cosy day of care includes:

Guided Meditation & Visualisation
Reiki with Reiki Drum Experience
Creative writing & Journalling
