Whether you are coming to Paphos or just want a great night out with amazing Soul, Jazz funk, Jazz, Northern Soul, Reggae, Motown  Get ready to kick things off in style before we head to the sun-soaked vibes of Paphos, 1–6 November 2026!

Here is how to get there:

By Car

  • From London/M25: Take the A20 Sidcup By-Pass. The ground is located directly off this road.
  • Parking: On-site parking is available but may fill up quickly. 

By Train

  • Station: New Eltham station is approximately 1 mile away.
  • Routes: Trains run from London Charing Cross, Cannon Street, London Bridge, and Dartford.
  • Walking: It is a 20–25 minute walk from the station to the ground via the pedestrian footbridge. 

By Bus

  • Routes: The 233 bus stops on Thaxted Road, while the 160 and 162 buses stop near New Eltham station. 

Note: Access to the ground requires crossing the A20, typically via the designated footbridge.

For visiting 

Cray Wanderers FC's Flamingo Park (Sidcup Bypass, BR7 6HL), top accommodation options are located nearby in Chislehurst, Sidcup, or Orpington. Convenient hotels include Premier Inn Sidcup, Travelodge Sidcup, or hotels closer to Orpington and Bromley, all within a short driving distance or taxi ride from the ground. 

Recommended Areas to Stay:

  • Sidcup (approx. 2-3 miles): The closest town with several chain hotels, including Premier Inn and Travelodge, providing quick access to the A20.
  • Chislehurst (approx. 2-4 miles): Offers more boutique or local options, and is very close to the venue.
  • Orpington (approx. 3-4 miles): Conveniently located with multiple accommodation options and easy transport links. 

Transport Information:

  • Nearest Station: New Eltham (approx. 1 mile away).
  • Access: Flamingo Park is located on the A20 Sidcup By-Pass, making it easily accessible by car from the M20/M25. 

Event Terms & Conditions

Soula Soul Events Ltd — Ticket Terms & Conditions (UK)

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before buying a ticket. By purchasing a ticket for a Soula Soul event in the UK you agree to the following:

1. Definitions
- “Event” means the Soula Soul music event specified on your ticket.
- “Promoter/Organizer” means the event organiser named on the event marketing.
- “Ticket” means any physical or electronic entry permit purchased for the Event.

2. Purchase & Payment
- Tickets must be paid in full at time of purchase. Prices shown include VAT where applicable; any booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Tickets are sold subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is fraudulent or made in error.

3. Ticket Delivery & Collection
- Tickets may be delivered electronically (e?ticket) or collected at venue box office as specified at purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a valid email/phone for digital delivery.
- The Promoter is not responsible for tickets that fail to reach you due to incorrect contact details or spam filters.

4. Entry & Admission
- A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and seat/area printed on the ticket.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose behaviour is, in the reasonable opinion of staff, unsafe, illegal, or likely to cause distress.
- Entry may be subject to security searches and bag checks.

5. Age Restrictions
- Any age restrictions for the Event will be published at point of sale. The Promoter may require proof of age on entry. Where under?18s are permitted, an accompanying adult may be required.

6. Refunds, Exchanges & Resale
- Refunds are only available in accordance with these terms or as required by UK consumer law.
- Tickets are non-refundable except where the Event is cancelled (see section 8) or where required by law. Exchanges for alternate dates or events are at the Promoter’s discretion and may incur additional charges.
- Resale of tickets for profit (unauthorised resale) or sale on unauthorised platforms may render the ticket void. The Promoter may cancel invalidated tickets without refund.

7. Transfers
- Transfers of tickets to another person may be permitted where stated by the Promoter or ticketing agent. The Promoter may require identification matching the name on the ticket for entry.

8. Cancellation, Postponement & Changes
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, postpone, alter the Event line?up, timetable, venue, or seating plan. If the Event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If cancelled, refund or exchange terms will be published by the Promoter and/or the ticketing agent.
- The Promoter is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by ticket holders unless stated.

9. Force Majeure
- The Promoter is not liable for failure to hold or complete the Event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, health emergencies). In such cases, refunds or alternatives will be handled in line with clause 8.

10. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets
- The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets unless otherwise agreed. Replacement tickets may be issued at the Promoter’s discretion and may incur fees.

11. Photography, Filming & Recording
- The Event may be filmed, recorded, and photographed. By attending you consent to being filmed/photographed and for the images/footage to be used for marketing and promotional purposes without payment or approval rights, unless otherwise notified.
- Private audio/video recording for commercial use is prohibited unless authorised in writing by the Promoter.

12. Personal Property & Safety
- Attendees enter at their own risk. The Promoter/venue is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except to the extent caused by negligence.
- Tickets may be subject to conditions intended to ensure safety (e.g., permitted items, accessibility needs). Please follow staff instructions.

13. Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence is not limited. For other loss or damage, the Promoter’s liability is limited to the price of the ticket, except where prohibited by law.

14. Data Protection & Contact
- Personal data collected at purchase will be used to process your order, administer the Event, and for marketing communications where you have consented. See the Promoter’s privacy policy for full details.
- For ticket enquiries, refunds, or customer support contact the ticketing agent or the Promoter using the contact details shown at point of sale.

15. Accessibility & Special Requirements
- If you require disabled access, wheelchair space, or other reasonable adjustments, notify the ticketing agent at time of purchase. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to accommodate needs.

16. Conduct & Prohibited Items
- Illegal substances, weapons, and other prohibited items are forbidden. Breach may result in refusal of entry and possible criminal prosecution.
- Abusive or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.

17. Changes to Terms
- The Promoter may update these terms; the version applicable is the one in force at the time of purchase.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland if the Event is in those jurisdictions), and disputes will be subject to the relevant courts.
