⚪Learn about their qualities and benefits ✅
????Preparation techniques. Cooking, tinctures, extractions, medicinal poultices and balms ????????
⚪Try wild herbal tea, and pre prepared wild edibles????
⚪Leave with knowledge and some recipes for your own concoction and hopefully some foraged Ingredients ????????
Please allow approx 2 hrs however we won't be walking all that time
The route is fairly flat and not a difficult walk.
At the end there will be a sample of some prepared wild edibles in the form of food or drink.
There are no toilets on site unfortunately
No dogs on the walk please.
