Sip & Paint Event – Terms & Conditions

The Old Spot, Dursley

1. General

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Sip & Paint events (“the Event”) hosted by the organiser (“we”, “us”, “our”) and held at The Old Spot, Dursley (“the Venue”). 1.2. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, attendees (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ticket Inclusions

2.1. Each ticket admits one person to the Event and includes the use of all painting materials provided. 2.2. Each ticket includes one complimentary drink per attendee. 2.3. The complimentary drink is limited to selected house beverages only, as determined by the Venue. 2.4. Premium drinks, cocktails, doubles, upgrades, or drinks outside the designated selection are not included and will be charged at the Venue’s standard prices.

3. Additional Purchases

3.1. Any additional drinks or food ordered during the Event must be paid for directly to the Venue. 3.2. The Venue reserves the right to amend drink availability, pricing, or selection at any time.

4. Responsible Service of Alcohol

4.1. The Venue operates in accordance with applicable licensing laws. 4.2. The Venue reserves the right to refuse service to any attendee who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately. 4.3. No refund will be issued where service is refused on these grounds.

5. Age Restrictions

5.1. The Event is strictly 18+. 5.2. The Venue may request valid identification before serving alcohol. 5.3. Attendees unable to provide acceptable ID may be refused alcohol without refund.

6. Behaviour and Conduct

6.1. Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times. 6.2. We and the Venue reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. 6.3. Removal from the Event will not entitle the attendee to a refund.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1. All ticket sales are final and non?refundable. 7.2. In the event that we cancel or reschedule the Event, attendees will be offered either: a) a transfer to a future Event date, or b) a credit for a future Event. 7.3. We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodation, or any other associated expenses.

8. Event Timing

8.1. Attendees are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. 8.2. Late arrivals may miss parts of the session, and no partial refunds will be issued.

9. Materials and Artwork

9.1. All materials provided remain our property unless otherwise stated. 9.2. Attendees may take home their completed artwork at the end of the Event. 9.3. We are not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings.

10. Photography and Media

10.1. Photographs and videos may be taken during the Event for promotional purposes. 10.2. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, you must inform a member of staff upon arrival.

11. Liability

11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and the Venue accept no liability for: a) personal injury resulting from irresponsible behaviour, b) loss or damage to personal property, or c) any indirect or consequential loss. 11.2. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Venue Rights

12.1. The Venue reserves the right to adjust drink offerings, apply restrictions, or amend service procedures to ensure responsible alcohol service and prevent financial loss. 12.2. All decisions made by Venue management are final.
