Goths for Cats!

Anja Orthodox, the founder and the singer of the legendary Polish rock/metal/goth band Closterkeller is coming to London this April! 

Closterkeller (founded in 1988) are the biggest selling gothic rock band in Poland, performing on the largest stages and festivals such as Castle Party (PL) or Wave Gotik Treffen (DE), as well as supporting international bands like Jethro Tull, Fields of the Nephilim, Cocteau Twins, Clan Of Xymox, Diary Of Dreams, Tiamat or Paradise Lost. 

Anja’s powerful vocal range is a blend of operatic rock, classic goth and mystical poetry, deeply rooted in dark and heavy sounds. 

Anja will perform her acoustic solo set and this is a SPECIAL CHARITY EVENT at the invitation of goth run cat rescue based in London, and in aid of the homeless cats under the care of Bushy Tail Cat Aid. The rescue focuses on TNR, rehoming, rehabilitating and providing end of life care for stray cats in London (as well as Poland).

Please come and join us for an evening of beautiful music, great company, and help us support a good cause! 

After the event you will be able to Meet and Greet Anja and have a chat about music, cats and our rescue work! Great music tunes will be played by our friends and cat dads and seasoned London based DJ Ben of Mondlicht and DJ Dave Newton of KitKat.
