About Walthamstiow Village Historical Tour (Part 2) - Orford Road
Collaborating with Walthamstow Historical Society V17 has organised two guided historical walks this summer.
This, the second walk in a series of 2, will take you through the conservation area known as Orford Road.
The tour will take you on a journey dating back to the mid-19th Century setting outside The Old Town Hall (opposite Petals in Bloom) and include the following sites of interest;
Orford House
Orford Road
Queen’s Arms Pub
Frank Ison’s shop
Former National School
The Old Town Hall
Beulah Path
Last year these tours were very popular and tour places filled quickly.
The 1st tour will take place on Saturday 9th May and will cover the Walthamstow Village conservation area - tickets are on sale now - https://ticketlab.co.uk/event/id/38256
