I’m excited to invite you to my next deeply relaxing group Soundbath, held at the lovely Donna’s - Level 10 Ladies Fitness & Lifestyle Studio in South Elmsall.

Date: Sunday 19th April
Time: 5:30pm – 7:00pm

This slightly earlier time means you can fully unwind…and still get home in good time to prepare kids/work or whatever you need to for the week ahead.

What to expect…

You’ll be guided into relaxation with a gentle meditation, before being immersed in a soothing Sound Journey using:
✨ Crystal Singing Bowls
✨ Himalayan Singing Bowls
✨ Chimes, Gongs, Rainsticks & more

These calming vibrations are designed to help quieten the mind, release tension, and reset your nervous system - leaving you feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply restored.

We’ll close with an optional sharing circle, where you’re welcome to reflect on your experience, or come and have a little chat with me to learn more about the instruments/chakras.

New to soundbaths? No problem at all! No experience is needed - this space is open to everyone.

Just bring along anything that helps you feel cosy and supported:

• A mat or something padded to lie on
• Blankets & pillows
• Comfy clothes
• Eye masks are provided, or feel free to bring your own.

Investment
£20 per person (plus a small booking fee if booking through Ticketlab)

Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate, so booking is recommended to avoid missing out.
