Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and step into a space of deep rest and renewal. Seraphic Heart and Soul sound journeys are designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

Using soothing vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, gongs and gentle frequencies, this session invites your body and mind into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.

What to expect…

You’ll be guided into relaxation with a gentle meditation, before being immersed in a soothing Sound Journey using:

•  Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls
•  Solfeggio Frequency Tubes
•  Chimes, Gongs, Rainsticks & more

We’ll close with an optional sharing circle, where you’re welcome to reflect on your experience, or come and have a little chat with me to learn more about the instruments/chakras.

New to soundbaths? No problem at all! No experience is needed - this space is open to everyone.

Just bring along anything that helps you feel cosy and supported:

•  A mat or something padded to lie on
• Blankets & pillows
• Comfy clothes
• Eye masks are provided, or feel free to bring your own.
