By purchasing a ticket for La Bayadère at the Royal Academy of Dance (Aud Jebsen Studio Theatre), you agree to the following terms:
1. No Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Nimble Dance Company does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of personal plans, illness, or inability to attend.
2. Exchanges & Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please ensure the new ticket holder presents the valid ticket at entry. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
3. Event Changes
Nimble Dance Company reserves the right to make changes to the programme, casting, or schedule if necessary. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
4. Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that the performance is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered an alternative date or credit. Refunds will only be considered if the event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled.
5. Late Arrival
Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break in the performance. Admission is not guaranteed and no refund will be issued for missed parts of the show.
6. Admission
Please bring your ticket (digital or printed) for entry. Nimble Dance Company reserves the right to refuse admission in accordance with venue policies.
