Event Terms & Conditions

General

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

The organisers reserve the right to modify event details as necessary, and any changes will be communicated promptly to ticket holders via the contact details provided at purchase.

Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

Finality of Purchase: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organisers. Booking fee is non-refunable. 
Personal and non-transferable: Tickets are issued for personal use and may only be transferred with prior written permission from the event organisers.

Allergen Disclosure & Limitations:

Please note that due to the food preparation and storage methods used by the venue, we cannot guarantee that any food item is free from allergens. Cross-contamination is possible. Attendees with severe allergies should take appropriate precautions.

Attendee Responsibility:
If you have a known allergy or dietary restriction, you accept full responsibility for managing this risk. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of allergen exposure and agree to hold the organisers harmless.

Emergency Procedures:
In the event of a medical emergency, notify event staff immediately. Staff are not medically trained and the Event does not provide medical services on-site.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Assumption of Risk:
Attendance is at your own risk, including food-related or environmental risks.

Liability Waiver:
Kmari and Co, and any event partners or sponsors shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the Event.

Indemnity:
By attending, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless all affiliated parties from any claims or damages arising from your participation.

Photography, Videography, and Image Usage

By attending the Event, you consent to the use of any photos, videos, or recordings in which you may appear. These may be used by Kmari and Co or affiliated sponsors for marketing, promotion, or documentation purposes across platforms such as Instagram, websites, and printed materials. No financial compensation will be provided for such use.

If you prefer not to be captured, please inform a staff member in writing before the event begins. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion.

Data Collection and Privacy

Data collected at the time of ticket purchase (including name, contact info, and optional dietary details) is used solely for managing this Event. Your information will be stored securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By submitting this data, you consent to its use as described.

Modification of Terms

We reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication or direct communication to attendees.
