The venue operates a Challenge 25 policy at the bar. Please bring a valid photo ID (Passport or Driving License) if you wish to purchase alcohol or if you appear to be under the age of 14.•
Event Rescheduling: State that if the event is moved to a new date, tickets will remain valid, but customers may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
Line-up Changes: The line-up is subject to change and "no refunds will be issued for changes to advertised talent.

BAR ACCESS POLICY Non?members of Fawley Royal British Legion may only purchase and consume drinks from the bar located within the area where the event is taking place – The Main Hall. Access to other bar facilities within the premises is restricted to members only, and non?members are not permitted to order or obtain drinks from any other bar on site.
"The Organiser and Venue shall have the absolute discretion to refuse admission or remove any person from the event and premises if they are considered to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, behaving aggressively, disorderly or in breach of event rules. No refund shall be payable in such circumstances.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS Tickets are sold on a NO REFUND BASIS. Refunds or transfers will only be permitted in the event of full event cancellation by the Organiser or Fawley Royal British Legion. No refunds for any other reason.
