Tutor Bio:

Emma is a half Swedish, half English teacher, born in the UK and raised in Sweden to an English father and Swedish mother.

She is fully qualified teacher and during term time she teaches in a primary school in East London.

She spent the last few years teaching her English husband Swedish and is looking forward to working with a group of enthusiastic students!

Course Outline

This course will give you a kick-start into learning Swedish and an insight into the Swedish culture. We will be focussing on basic phrases and expressions as well as asking and answering common questions. By the end of the week, you will be able to introduce yourself and explain where you live and hopefully you will be keen to continue your Swedish studies.

Whether you have a Swedish partner, relative or friend, or you just love Swedish crime series, you are welcome to join us for a fun and productive course! You will learn in a safe and encouraging environment and the practical activities (in combination with some Swedish snacks) will keep you engaged throughout the week.
