Event Terms & Conditions

Ticket price includes VAT at 13,5% and 25,5% (alcohols). We refund 100% of the payment when cancellation is requested by email (LW@passiofy.com) at least one month before the event. If cancellation is done less than a month before the event we only refund 50% the payment. If the cancellation is done less than a week before, refund is not possible.

Passiofy has the right to change the dates and times of events in exceptional circumstances (f.ex. natural disasters, cancellations beyond the organizer's control, or cases of illness). If the date of the event will change participants have the right to ask to be refunded within seven days after the change is published. If the time is changed there will be no rights to be refunded.

The guests and program might change for reasons beyond our control. In this circumstances payments will not be refunded.

Passiofy has the right to prevent participant to enter the event in following circumstances:

- participant is drunk or under the influence of drugs

- participant causes disorder to the venue staff

- participant causes disorder to other participants 

- participant violates the venue

- participant disturbs other guests and/or special guests 

- participant behaves inappropriately in any way

- participant is dressed inappropriately

Also any racism or racist behaviour and discrimination and abusive conduct against any player, team background, referee, supplier or spectators shall be prohibited.

Passiofy and Legends Weekend are allowed to email news and partner offers to all ticket buyers.
