PUG PARENTS, PLEASE NOTE: While we love having pugs at our event, this venue can get quite noisy, busy and there is no air conditioning. All pugs must be kept on leads at all times. If your pug is sensitive to loud sounds or large crowds, we recommend them giving this event a pass to ensure they stay comfortable and happy.

Glastonpug 2025 - Terms and Conditions for Tickets
1. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
All tickets for Glastonpug 2025 are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, personal emergencies, or changes in the event schedule.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that the event ticket is final sale and no refunds will be issued.
2. Event Date & Venue
The event will take place on June 29th, 2025 at The Empire, Rochdale.
In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the event organizers' control (e.g., force majeure), ticket holders will be informed as soon as possible. While tickets may be valid for a rescheduled event, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling.
3. Ticket Transfer & Resale
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. You are not permitted to resell or transfer your ticket to another person. Any attempt to do so may result in the ticket being cancelled without refund.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend, but please notify us in advance of the name change for security reasons.
4. Event Entry & Security
Valid tickets must be presented at the venue to gain entry to the event. Ensure your ticket is kept safe, as lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue for disruptive behavior or failure to comply with venue rules and regulations.
5. Age Restrictions
This event is open to all ages unless otherwise specified. Any age restrictions will be clearly outlined at the time of ticket purchase.
Children under 16 may enter free of charge, but must still have a valid ticket for entry.
6. Changes to the Event
The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, lineup, or venue at any time. While we will make every effort to keep you informed, no refunds will be issued due to changes in the event lineup or schedule.
7. Liability
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to attend Glastonpug 2025 at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while attending the event.
Attendees are responsible for their own personal property, and the event organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
8. Data Protection
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the event’s privacy policy. Your data will be used for event-related communications, ticketing, and future updates on Glastonpug events.
9. Event Photography & Filming
By attending Glastonpug 2025, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials.
10. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket to Glastonpug 2025, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
