Event Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Details & Information:

• Event Information: GLAM @ THE MEM, 26-07-2025, 19:00 - 00:00, Bloxwich Memorial Club, 5 Harrison Street, Bloxwich Walsall, WS3 3HP, VIP TICKET ALLOWS ACCESS FROM 19:00, STANDARD TICKET ALLOWS ENTRY FROM 19:30, LAST ENTRY 23:00.
• Ticket Restrictions: MINIMUM AGE 30 YEARS OLD
• VIP TICKET ALLOWS ACCESS FROM 19:00.
• STANDARD TICKET ALLOWS ENTRY FROM 19:30.
• DRESS CODE: SMART CASUAL, SMART TRAINERS, NO TRACKSUITS, NO MAN BAGS, COLLARED SHIRT (MEN), NO SHORTS, NO WORK WEAR, NO CAPS/HATS OR BEANIES. 
• NO TICKET-NO ENTRY. LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE ON THE NIGHT.

2. Price and Payment:

• CLUB MEMBERS PRICE-Proof of membership required upon booking

PRE BOOKING (in person only) - £4pp

ON THE EVENING - £5pp all night (in person only) - can be purchased from door persons prior to event)

3. Delivery & Access:

• Ticket Delivery:

Online tickets will be digital/downloadable and must be presented on entry.

Physical tickets will be given at time of purchase and must be presented on entry.

NO TICKET-NO ENTRY

• Conditions of Admission:

ID required upon entry.

Ticket required upon entry.

Bags subject to bag checks by security staff.

All persons subject to searches by security staff.

Dress code must be adhered to.

Security/management/organisers/J.A.B.S Event Hire reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual or group.

4. Changes and Cancellations:

• Event Changes: 

  Should the event date/times change this will be communicated via the Glam @ The Mem social media pages with as much notice as possible. Tickets already purchased will still be valid for the new date/times.

• Cancellation Policies: 

  Should the event be cancelled altogether any tickets purchased will be eligible for either a refund or transfer to another event date. It is the responsibility of the individual to contact J.A.B.S Event Hire to discuss/arrange this.

• Significant Changes: 

  The event will only be cancelled/rescheduled in the event of extreme unforseen circumstances-that is including, but not limited to; fire, flooding, public disturbance, terrorist activity or any other threat to the public including pandemic/virus outbreaks.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:

• Refund Procedures: Refunds will only be offered should the event be cancelled and the purchaser be unable to attend an alternative date. The refund will be equal to the ticket price only (not including any booking fees) minus £1 admin costs. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact J.A.B.S Event Hire within 7 days of cancellation being announced to facilitate this.
• Exchange Procedures: Exchanges will only be offered should the event be cancelled. The purchaser will be offered the choice of an alternative event date within the next 6 months to exchange for. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact J.A.B.S Event Hire within 7 days of cancellation being announced to facilitate this.

6. Resale & Transfer:

• Resale Restrictions: 

  It is prohibited to resell any ticket for profit or financial gain. Any tickets found to be resold will be null and void and entry to the event will be denied.

7. Behavior & Restrictions:

• Prohibited Conduct: 

  All attendees are expected to behave in a proper and respectful manner both to all staff and other customers.

Abuse of any kind (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated and individuals will be denied entry/removed from the venue.

Drug use of any kind will not be tolerated-anyone found to be in possession or any drugs/drug-related paraphernalia/illegal substances will be denied entry/removed from the venue and the police will be contacted.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited-anyone found to be in possesson of a weapon of any kind, or any item that security personnel deem to be a weapon/dangerous article will be denied entry/removed from the venue and the police will be contacted.

Any individual found to be heavily intoxicated on arrival may be denied entry. Any individual who becomes heavily intoxicated throughout the event whereby they are deemed a danger to themselves or others may be removed from the venue.

Admission is at the discretion of the security staff and management of J.A.B.S Event Hire and is on an individual basis. Their decision is final.

• Organizer's Right to Refuse Admission: 

  J.A.B.S Event Hire, security staff and staff of Bloxwich Memorial Club reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual or group at any point who are found not adhering to these Ts&Cs or displaying proper and respectful conduct.

• Photography & Recording: 

  Photography and recording will be taking place throughout the evening for use on social media, marketing and publicity purposes. Photography and recording by attendees is authorised throughout the evening, however if an individual asks not to be photographed/recorded this request should be respected.

8. Liability & Disclaimer:

• Liability: 

  J.A.B.S Event Hire and their staff will not be liable for any personal injury or loss of or damage to property sustained during the event, similarly any loss or damage to the venue itself caused by customers/attendees.

• Disclaimer: 

  Neither J.A.B.S Event Hire, Bloxwich Memorial Club or their respective staff are responsible for the loss of or damge to tickets which may result in refusal of entry to the event.

9. Data Protection:

• Privacy Policy: When you purchase your ticket we may collect: full name, email address, contact number, billing address and payment information.

We may require proof of age/proof of membership upon booking.

This information may be used to process ticket sales, confirm eligibility, communicate updates and event details, respond to questions or queries, maintain the integrity of the event and fulfill any legal requirements.

We will not sell your information-it will only be shared with trusted partners (ticketing services, the venue, payment processors) and/or regulatory authorities.

All data is stored securely and is only accessible by authorised personnel.

You may request deletion of your data (unless we are legally required to keep it) at any point, however this may interfere with your ability to enter the event (should we not be able to verify age for example).

All data is typically deleted after 12 months.
