About Adult and Child Crochet Workshop
We're excited to welcome back Leigh Thornton (AKA The Colour Dasher) to Duncan Place Community Hub to lead another fab crochet workshop, and this time it's a workshop to pair up in! Big person and wee person.
Together you will learn how to crochet, and support each other to master the craft once you take it home. You'll start from the very beginning and learn some useful crochet stitches that allow you to crochet some beautiful projects. We'll start in the workshop by making a colourful friendship bracelet!
All materials are provided and you will each leave with your own hook to keep on using what you have learnt to crochet at home.
This a great way for kids (age 8+) to get started with a creative and mindful hobby... crocheting!
Each ticket reserves a space for an adult and child to come together to learn to crochet, with the option of adding a space for a second child to accompany you (with maximum of 2 children per adult). If you would like to bring an additional child with you, at £12 per child, please email us at events@duncanplace.org and we will send you a payment link.
Event Terms & Conditions
- This workshop is suitable for children aged 8+. (max age 15).
- Workshop price of £30 is for one adult and one child. If you would like to bring an additional child with you there is an additional cost of £12, please email us at events@duncanplace.org and we will send you a payment link.
- If there's anything we can do to help your attendance at this workshop, or if there's anything you think we should know, please email events@duncanplace.org
- Refunds available up until 4 days before the event, or alternatively you can transfer your space to someone else. Just let us know the new person coming along by emailing events@duncanplace.org
