About Natural wreath-making at the Welcome Garden

A selection of tickets will only be available to book on the day of the event.

Join us at the Welcome Garden for the annual wreath-making tradition. We'll be making wreaths using natural material - willow, jute, ivy, holly, decorated with berries, dried fruits and spices!

These wreaths will look and smell beautiful and festive for the winter season, and then can be composted and returned to the earth.

We'll have a team on hand to teach you how to create a willow wreath frame and to advise on how to decorate. We'll have natural resources to choose from, and beautiful colourful jute to finish. This is a family friendly event, though children will need to be supervised by adults at all times. 

Please book one ticket for each wreath you'd like to make. One ticket = one wreath. You're welcome to bring a friend, partner, family to help make your wreath! 

Each wreath-making session is 1 hour long. Please arrive at the time slot you book for your 1 hour slot. 

We have a sliding scale of prices to offer to make this event affordable. Please select the £12 price if you are unemployed/low income. £17 if you are employed/have secure income. £22 if you can afford to pay it forward and subsidise a low cost wreath place. 
All contributions will cover the cost of the materials and go towards fundraising for our community garden, an entirely volunteer run project.
