About Hanging by a Thread - Fish Factory
Marcus Decker tells his story about one of the most audacious protests in UK history.
On the 17th October 2022, he and Morgan Trowland climbed the QEll Bridge over the M25, and unfurled a huge banner with the demand, ‘Just Stop Oil.’ They hung there, suspended in the sky, for 37 hours. Join us for an evening of resistance; with songs of freedom, tales of imprisonment and of becoming a Quaker inside. This performance will contribute to ongoing legal fees, as Marcus continues to face deportation and will be followed by a Q&A.
