About Paint, Play and Connect workshop
What is your next step?
In this 90 minute workshop we will start by grounding ourselves and working with small images.
We will then have two opportunities to expressively paint for around 25 minutes each.
Acrylic paints and oil pastels will be provided.
There will be an opportunity to share work and reflections for anyone who wishes.
This workshop is an opportunity to explore and express your emotions, time for yourself and your creativity in a non judgemental environment and space to connect to your inner world and with others.
