About Hellraiser: A Celebration of the Old Kent Road Hellmonument

Experience 1987’s Hellraiser the way Satan intended - screened in a room full of horror fans just down the road from the much beloved Hellraiser monument. OKR bus shelters have been adorned with VHS copies of Hellraiser since at least 2011, thanks to mysterious and dedicated artist/s.

The film summons the Cenobites into existance, a quartet of leather-clad club-kid extra-dimensional beings (“Demons to some, angels to others!”) who cannot and will not differentiate between pain and pleasure.

Join us, Peckham Experimental Prototype Cinema of Tomorrow (PEPCOT) at Music Rooms in New X on June 20th at 8pm as we celebrate all of the above by screening the movie and hellraise funds in support of the Southwark Housing And Planning Emergency (SHAPE) in their campaign to ensure development in Peckham prioritizes people over profit.

Come hang out in the beautiful Old Library bar at the Music Room London before the event, doors 7:30pm. Ages 18+ only due to scariness/law.

- There is one step up into the venue for which we can provide ramp access.
- There is step free access into the bar area and gig rooms. Event room has a door width of 74cm, all other internal doors are wider. 
- There is a wheelchair accessible toilet via a long shallow ramp into the bathroom block. Manual wheelchair users may require assitance, we will be happy to help.
