About Maternal Journal Waltham Forest 5 week course
Creativity and the arts are increasingly being recognised as vital tools that can help address mental health, wellbeing, and social challenges.
Maternal Journal is an award-winning, not-for-profit, using creative journaling to allow pregnant women and new mothers to explore the changes and challenges of new motherhood. Non-crawling babies welcome.
We chat while we create - following a structured activity. No experience or talent necessary in this supportive group.

Event Terms & Conditions
Ticket cost is for a 5 week block, each session lasts 2 hours - meaning you get 10 hours for £25. Refunds 1 week prior to event start, if you can find someone else to take your place we'd be grateful.
Cost includes materials and refreshments.
