About An Audience with Bryony Hill
An afternoon of two halves: Come and meet Bryony Hill and hear about her extraordinary life and career as a writer and wife of the legendary football entrepreneur Jimmy Hill.
Bryony Hill, born and educated in Sussex, is a talented artist and author. After doing a year's Foundation Course at Brighton College of Art, she spent several years in France before returning to Sussex in the mid-1980s. Bryony has dedicated her life to painting, writing, and gardening, producing works that resonate with personal and historical significance. She was married to the late professional footballer and television sports presenter, Jimmy Hill. Her artistic journey was reignited after moving back to Sussex, where she began selling her paintings, illustrating children's books and becoming a bestselling author. In the first half of the afternoon, Bryony will recall the thrilling moments of her life with Jimmy, whilst the second half will focus on Bryony's life as an author. The event will be hosted by Sam and Simon Nixon at Hurstpierpoint's new shop, Nixon's Music & Books..
A selection of Bryony's Books will be available to purchase on the day.
The afternoon is 90mins with a short interval.

There is a licensed bar available. The venue itself has accessible step free access however the toilet access is not step free.

Tickets are non-transferable or re-fundable.
In the unlikely event of an artist cancellation a refund will be provided minus the booking fee.
