About The Openwork Foundation

We aim to make a positive difference where it matters most.

So, we work together and with others to support vulnerable children and adults in the UK and overseas. Last year alone colleagues and advisers raised over £750,000 to support those most in need in our communities. 

We’ve been the heart of the Openwork family since 1981 and have donated more than £23m over the years. We deliver grant, fundraising and volunteer programmes, designed to engage businesses, advisers and colleagues in The Openwork Partnership, to support our local communities.

We believe that we can all make a difference – and our approach to our  helps us all deliver that difference as fully and as wholeheartedly as we can.

Our registered charity number is 1184592 and registered address is The Openwork Foundation, Auckland House, Lydiard Fields, Swindon, SN5 8UB.

The Openwork Foundation is funded through regular monthly
donations, Foundation led and local fundraising events.

All funds raised for the Foundation are uplifted by 50% by Openwork Holdings Limited. The business also covers 100% of the Foundation’s administration expenses, overheads and staff costs to make sure that everything raised goes straight to the charities we support.

Over 30% of Partners and colleagues make a regular monthly donation to The Openwork Foundation. This generates more than 40% of our annual
income and allows us to plan for the future and deliver a quarterly grant programme each year, as we have since 1981.
