About Bowling For Beginners (Fridays)
This is an opportunity to try out and learn how to play lawn green bowls with experienced bowlers in the beautiful hidden grounds of Orford House in Walthamstow Village. The bowling green is lovingly maintained by the bowls squad all year round and supported by Orford House Social Club and the small fee will go towards the costs of maintaining the lawn.
If you enjoy lawn green bowls you can join the Social and Bowls Club and take part in club, county and national bowling competitions. You can also enjoy the facilities at Orford House where the drinks are hugely discounted for members.
